Hilltop Berkshire Pork

We know you will love our beef & pork. Our heritage breed Berkshire hogs have quality genetics & are born on a local farm who we partner with. After weaning they come to live at Hilltop ranch until harvest. Our pork is processed in a family owned USDA inspected facility, some cuts are smoked & then vacuumed sealed for freshness & a full delicious flavor. We never use hormones, steroids or antibiotics in any of our meats for direct to consumer. Please read our FAQ page for more information on how we care for our animals.
