Mississippi is a great change to the regular roast. The pepperoncini peppers add that extra flavor that is so delicious! And this recipe we use is super easy. Only a few ingredients added to your slow cooker and you have dinner ready at the end of the day!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 pound roast, any cut will do!
- 1 stick of butter
- 6-8 pepperoncini peppers 2-3 Tbl juice
- 1 packet of dry ranch dressing
- 1 packet dry Au Jus gravy
- 2lbs carrots if desired
Instructions:
Add the roast to the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the pepperoncini peppers & juice over the top of the roast. Add the butter & the packets of dressing & Au Jus. Cover with lid & cook on high 8-10 hours or low for 4-5 hours. Shred roast with fork when finished & serve!
*You can also add 2lbs of peeled & roughly chopped carrots to the slow cooker.
