1/2 C. Dried Onion Flakes
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
6 Slices of American Cheese
1 pkg. of Hawaiian Rolls (12)
Evenly spread onion flakes in the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Gently press hamburger on top making a large patty. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Poke holes in the meat with a wooden spoon handle or drinking straw throughout meat. (This will keep the meat from shrinking). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Using a paper towel, pat grease from top of meat. Top with cheese and return to oven for 2 minutes. Remove and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 12 patties. Slice rolls lengthwise and separate into individual rolls. Use a spatula to lift meat with onion and place between each roll.
