Our cattle are raised on our Oklahoma pastures. Under our custom feeding program they are raised without additional growth hormones, antibiotics and are steroid free. We take pride in how we raise our cattle & Berkshire hogs and work hard to pass it on to the next generation. When you purchase beef & pork from our ranch, you're not just buying a box of meat. You're supporting a legacy, generation to generation.

What is Tallow?

At Hilltop we strive for sustainability by using as much as the calf at processing as possible. Tallow is beef fat that has been rendered down into a versatile oil used for cooking, candles & skin care. Tallow is rich in antioxidants & anti-inflammatory benefits and mimics the fatty acids, vitamins, micronutrients and minerals found in your own skin.
